Nidrakar Yog is an unique formula, helps in sleep disorder. This blend is a combination of Nidrakar Capsules and Nidrakar Tablet. Do’s & Don’ts

• Please avoid fast foods, white sugar, red-meat, things with preservatives, soft drinks, coffee and excessive spicy things for some time.

• Shavasana (a type of Yogasana) and Shirodhara of Panchakarma Therapy are also desirable for best results.

How to take the herbs?

·        Nidrakar capsule - Please take the Nidrakar capsule in the dose of 2 caps. twice daily with water after breakfast and dinner.

·       Nidrakar vati (tablet) - Please take Nidrakar vati (tablet) in the dose of 2 tabs. twice daily with water after  breakfast and dinner.
