In
Ayurveda, Pitta is one of the three operating forces in
the body. It controls conversion processes such as
digestion, metabolism and enzyme activity. It is hot,
sharp, light, moist, slightly oily, fluid, sour
smelling.
When
Pitta is in balance one feels joyous, confident,

When Pitta is imbalanced or disturbed, it causes heart
