I looked far and wide for a source of high quality herbs that are free of gluten and other fillers. I am so glad I finally found Garry N Sun. I have never had a gluten reaction with their powders, even though I've had trouble with some other high-recognition name brands. They are fresh and potent. When speaking with the people in customer service, I can sense their integrity, and it's clear that they have deep knowledge of the herbs -- sourcing, uses and the context of Ayurveda. Very grateful!

I had my dexa scan today for my bone density. It has been done in Sparks every 2 years for the past 3 times, and they were able to compare my results. I am happy with my result today. About 18 months ago it was mentioned to me by a friend to take an ayurvedic Herb for my osteopenia. I started taking Asthisamhara which was recommended by Gary Grewal who owns Garry N Sun USA in Reno, which sells Ayurvedic healing Herbs. I take 4 tablets per day. Between 2019 and 2021 Dexa scans, it showed a 4.5% decrease in my mineral bone density in my L femur. Between 2021 and 2023 The decrease in bone density of the L femur was less at 1.7%, and it showed an increase of 8.5% in my L wrist. The supplement you recommended is apparently working. So I will continue to take my supplement from you.
