Guggulu comes from a flowering plant found in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. This plant produces a fragrant resin called Guggulu.

Guggulu has anti-inflammatory properties. This herb also may help treat skin conditions including acne, eczema, and psoriasis.

Take one teaspoon twice a day with warm water or as otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
