Kokam Powder (Garcinia indica)

Kokam is a medium-high-growing tree with dense foliage, dark green glossy leaves, and brownish-yellowish colored fruits. The fruit and seeds are used in Ayurveda.

Kokam has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Kokan may help with:

• weight loss
• help improve digestion
• be useful in managing gastric ulcers

Take one teaspoon twice daily with water at room temperature or as otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
