- Cumin seed

SUGGESTED USE
Cook 1 part Pitta Khichari mix with 4–5 parts water until soft and porridge-like. Add a small amount of ghee or coconut oil for extra soothing effects. Enjoy warm, not hot, and optionally garnish with cilantro or lime. Best consumed for lunch or dinner, especially during summer or in times of high Pitta. Pairs well with steamed cooling vegetables like zucchini, asparagus, or leafy greens.
