Golden Ghee
DESCRIPTION
Ghee is an imperishable fatty substance prepared from cow milk by the traditional Ayurvedic method, a culinary superfood. It is a healthy fat that is widely used in Panchkarma, and Ayurveda recommends the everyday use of ghee. The golden color of the ghee is because of the beta carotenes.
