Returns Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
- Unopened and sealed products can be returned for a refund or store credit.
- Opened, used, or tampered products are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
- Custom orders and personalized Ayurvedic compounds are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees & Refund Options
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- The restocking fee will be waived if the customer opts for store credit instead of a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No prepaid shipping labels will be provided.
- All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Policy
Processing Time
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method or as store credit upon request.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@garrysun.com with:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
We will replace the item or issue store credit at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
Product-Specific Return Guidelines
Herbal Supplements & Capsules
- Unopened bottles may be returned within 30 days.
- Opened or used bottles are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Shilajit & Herbal Pastes
- Returns are accepted only if the jar is sealed and unused.
- Opened pastes cannot be returned for health reasons.
Oils & Liquid Extracts
- Due to the nature of oils and liquid products, returns are not accepted once opened.
Customized Ayurvedic Formulations
- Non-refundable and non-returnable as they are made-to-order.
Pickup Orders
- Pickup orders must be collected within 10 days of purchase.
- Uncollected orders will be restocked and subject to a 25% restocking fee.

- Ship the Product – Return the item using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds or store credits will be issued within 5-7 business days.
