Gandharva Haritaki is a mild herbal laxative as that corrects constipation by inducing regular bowel movements.

It may be very effective in relieving abdominal gas, constipation, diarrhea dysentery, digestive disorders, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and for metabolic harmony.

Take 1 teaspoon twice daily with warm water, or as directed by your health practitioner.
