INGREDIENTS
- Sesame (Sesamum indicum)
- Almond (Prunus dulcis)
- Mint Leaves (Mentha piperita)
- Cloves (Syzygiumaromaticum)
- Cinnamon (Cinnamomum Verum)
DIRECTIONS
To perform oil pulling, swish a tablespoon of oil around your mouth on an empty stomach for 5 to 10 minutes before breakfast. Push the oil between your teeth by swishing it all around your mouth. Once done, spit the viscous oil into a trashcan or paper towel. Rinse your mouth with warm saline water or clean warm water, and then brush your teeth.
