Shipping Policy – Garry N Sun

At Garry N Sun, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, and international orders.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
*Please note that our shipping times are estimates only, and some orders may take longer to arrive. Weekends and holidays are not included as business days. Once your order is shipped, there will be no shipping refund for delayed, damaged, or lost packages.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.
  • International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
  • Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package using the link provided or through our website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.
  • Some Ayurvedic products may have import restrictions in certain countries. Please check with your local authorities before placing an order.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at gary@garrysun.com.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email gary@garrysun.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
