- Shatavari Root (Asparagus racemosus)
- Vidang Fruit (Embelia ribes)
- Natural sesame oil as base.

SUGGESTED USE
Warm the oil slightly before use.
Place 2–3 drops of Anu Nasya Oil in each nostril daily, preferably in the morning or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.
Best used on an empty stomach or at least 30 minutes before meals.
Ideal as part of a regular Ayurvedic self-care routine (Dinacharya).
