Bilvadi Oil

Bilvadi oil is an Ayurvedic oil traditionally used to rejuvenate the ears. Karana Purana is the art of ear oiling. Ayurveda encourages applying oil to the entire body for its therapeutic benefits. Our ears are exposed to various elements and sounds, and oiling helps nourish them. Lubricating the ears gives a sense of nourishment and grounding.

Warm the oil to body temperature. Tilt your head, place one to two drops in your ear, and gently massage the outer ear. Rest for a few minutes before repeating the process for the other ear.

Avoid using this product if you are pregnant or have a cold, the flu, or a sinus infection. Contact a healthcare provider if you experience pain or infection. Do not use it in a perforated ear.

Due to the individual nature of the human body’s response to natural ingredients and aromas, it is recommended that users perform a spot test of the oil before applying it to the skin in large amounts. If you experience any adverse reactions, wash off the oil with soap and warm water and discontinue use.
