Brahmi Ghee is a classical Ayurvedic preparation made by infusing Brahmi (Bacopa monnieri), a renowned Medhya Rasayana (mind-rejuvenating herb), into clarified butter (ghee). This nourishing blend is traditionally used to support mental clarity, nervous system health, and emotional resilience. In Ayurveda, ghee is considered an excellent anupan (carrier) that helps deliver herbs deep into the tissues, particularly the brain and nervous system.
