Brahmi, also known as "Brahman seat of intellect," is a well-known herb in Ayurvedic pharmacopeia. The shape of leaves of Brahmi is shaped and resembles a cerebellum. Cerebellum is a portion of the brain that controls balance for walking, standing, and other complex motor functions. Used in many formulations in the ancient text to support the brain, and mental clarity, enhance cognitive performance, and relax the mind. Brahmi is an adaptogen that promotes and boosts the brain's mild cognitive functions.
Oils, churna (mixed with other supporting herbs), extracts, tablets, and capsules are all forms of Brahmi.
Organic Brahmi Bacopa monnierri, Gotu Kola, Centella asiatica.

One teaspoon twice a day with lukewarm water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
For external use , Mix one teaspoon of Brahmi in a cup of fresh yogurt and apply it as an hair mask . leave it on for an hour and rinse it off with warm water.
