Chai Spice - 2.2 oz
DESCRIPTION
Chai spice is essential to every morning ritual in an Indian household. The carefully selected spices offer an alluring fragrance that welcomes the morning sunlight or serves as a pick-me-up when one desires a nice cup of tea later in the day.
Our Chai Blend is based on a traditional Ayurvedic recipe to enhance digestion and metabolism, cleanse ama from the body, and help prevent digestive disorders such as gas and bloating.
Our chai spice blend is versatile and can be used in several ways. Add it to black tea, milk, and honey for a delicious and comforting drink. Alternatively, you can steep it in warm water for a simple but flavorful beverage. To sweeten your drink, we recommend adding a teaspoon of our famous Rasyana Prash/StrKalp or some organic honey.

SUGGESTED USE
For a delicious cup of chai, Boil the water with the spices for 2 minutes. Add the tea and simmer for 2 minutes. Add the milk and heat until hot but not boiling. Add sweetener and serve. You may vary the amounts of milk and sugar according to taste and dosha. Of course, increasing milk and/or sugar can provoke kapha, so take care. If you use caffeinated tea, the cardamom will help neutralize the effects of the caffeine.
You can add this spice to your yogurt or overnight oats to give them a boost.
It's also a fantastic addition to any baking recipe."
