DESCRIPTION
Clove has a calming effect on all three doshas present in the body, although the degree of calming effect may vary. It can also help stimulate a weak digestive fire or Agni and is beneficial in relieving gas buildup or Vata in the colon. When used in moderation, clove can ignite the Agni without causing any harm to the Pitta dosha.

In Ayurveda, cloves, which are also known as Lavang, are a flavorsome and aromatic spice that is believed to have numerous healing properties. They are known to improve circulation, digestion, and metabolism and can also aid in reducing gas, bloating, and nausea. Clove oil is also used as a natural remedy for toothache pain relief.
