INGREDIENTS
Classical Dasamula (Ten Roots):
- Bilva (Aegle marmelos)
- Agnimantha (Premna integrifolia)
- Shyonaka (Oroxylum indicum)
- Patala (Stereospermum suaveolens)
- Gambhari (Gmelina arborea)
- Brihati (Solanum indicum)
- Kantakari (Solanum xanthocarpum)
- Shalaparni (Desmodium gangeticum)
- Prishnaparni (Uraria picta)
- Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris)
Other traditional components: supportive herbs; jaggery/sugar (fermentation substrate); purified water. Natural self-generated alcohol (~5–7% v/v) forms during fermentation as a preservative and carrier of herbal constituents.
SUGGESTED USE
- Adults: 15–30 ml with an equal amount of water, twice daily after meals, or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.*
- Shake well before use. Best consumed at room temperature.
