Dashmool Bala Oil is a traditional Ayurvedic massage oil prepared with Dashmool (“ten roots”) and Bala (Sida cordifolia) in a nourishing sesame oil base. • Purified water – used in decoction (per traditional preparation)

• Warm oil slightly before application for deeper penetration.
• Massage onto joints, muscles, or the entire body using long strokes on limbs and circular motions on joints.
• Allow to absorb for at least 20–30 minutes before bathing.
• For daily Abhyanga or as directed by your Ayurvedic practitioner.
