Erand Haritaki is an Ayurvedic Dietary Supplement of two herbs with a bowel-cleansing effect.

This supplement can help with constipation and other digestive problems.

Take two capsules twice daily with water at room temperature or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Erand Haritaki can cause nausea and vomiting.  Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take this supplement or only use it under the direct supervision of their healthcare practitioner.
