Kapha Oil

Kapha oil is invigorating, warming and revitalizing massage oil for balancing Kapha.

It is used in the treatment of neuromuscular pains. It helps to relieve pain and inflammation. It improves circulation, warm cold extremities and clear stagnant lymph.

Warm oil if desired. Apply to the local body part, massaging until the oil is mostly absorbed. Generally, one ounce is sufficient for a local part massage, though you may choose to use more or less.

Pregnant or nursing mothers, children & individuals with a known medical condition should consult their healthcare practitioner before use.
