Karchura Powder (Zedoary) (Curcuma zedoaria)

Kachura is a medicinal plant known by the botanical name Curcuma zedoaria and belongs to the Zingiberaceae family. It is one of the species of turmeric and is white in color and famed as white turmeric. The plant grows up to 3-4 feet, and the leaves are smooth and pink in color from the mid part, while the florals are bright yellow in color.

Karchura Powder can help manage respiratory function due to its Kapha balancing properties.  This herb can also help stimulate appetite by triggering digestive functions and metabolism.

Kachura helps balance the Vata and Kapha doshas.

Take one teaspoon twice daily with water at room temperature or as otherwise directed by your healthcare practitioner.
