SUGGESTED USE

Take one teaspoon twice daily with warm water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Can be used as a paste for external application on the skin as part of a beauty regimen. Mix one teaspoon with rose water to form a paste, then apply it to the face and allow it to dry. Wash it off with warm water. (Please do a small skin test for sensitivity before using it.)
