• Marich seed (Piper nigrum)
• Sunthi rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
• Musta rhizome (Cyperus rotundus)
• Chitrak root (Plumbgo zeylanica)
• Vidang seed (Embelia ribes)
• Erand seed (Ricinus communis)

Two tablets twice a day with room temperature water or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
