-Cold-pressed Organic Sesame (Sesamum indicum) oil
Sesame oil can be used in cooking in place of other, heavier oils. As a massage oil, it is best to warm the oil to a comfortable temperature before applying it to the body. Self-massage, starting with the fingers and toes and sweeping up through the limbs toward the center of the body. At the end of the massage, the excess oil may be absorbed with a warm, wet towel or through taking a warm bath.
