- Moong beans
- Cumin seed
- Mustard seed
- Turmeric
- Coriander
- Cinnamon
- Rock salt
- Curry leaves
- Ghee (clarified butter)
SUGGESTED USE
Add water (as described on the package) and can add veggies or eat just as is. This tridoshic khichari is an easily-digested and delicious blend of Basmati rice and split Moong dal (with skin), complete with mild spices. It is a light one-dish meal that is recommended as the ideal nourishment for all body types.
