SUGGESTED USE
Preparation
Ensure your body is dry before application.
Warm the room if needed to promote sweating and comfort.
Keep a towel or mat under you to catch excess powder.
Apply the Herbal Powder
Take a small handful of Udvartanam powder in your palm.
Begin massaging the powder onto the skin in upward, circular or stroking motions,
starting from the feet and working your way up toward the heart.
Focus on areas with excess fat, stiffness, or poor circulation (thighs, abdomen, arms, etc.).
Massage Duration
Massage each body part for 3–5 minutes or until mild warmth and light sweating are felt.
Continue the full-body application for 15–30 minutes.
After Massage
