Vata Spice

Ayurveda is a scientific practice that emphasizes achieving balance in an individual's body, mind, and spirit. This balance is attained by considering three doshas, or energies, related to the five elements in nature. This protocol includes specific herbs, holistic cleanses and detoxes, and a personalized diet that aligns with each person's unique dosha constitution.

VATA - (Space and air element). Its features include being thin, talkative, restless, having a lower body weight, dry skin, brittle nails, fine hair, and slightly small sunken eyes.

Vata is characterized as light, cold, dry, rough, mobile, subtle, and clear. Therefore, the food and lifestyle choices should be contrasting and grounding. 

Supporting products include vata oil, Golden ghee, Vata Khichidi, and Vata Balance.

One half to one teaspoon of Vata Spice. Sauté the spice in Ayurvedic Golden Ghee and add it to food. It can also be sprinkled over pre-prepared foods.
