Vata Spice
DESCRIPTION
Ayurveda is a scientific practice that emphasizes achieving balance in an individual's body, mind, and spirit. This balance is achieved by considering three doshas or energies related to the five elements in nature. Firstly, Ayurveda determines an individual's Prakriti or nature, then examines any existing imbalances in their doshas. Finally, it provides a customized guide to help individuals lead healthy, balanced lives. This protocol includes specific herbs, holistic cleanses and detox, and a personalized diet that aligns with a unique dosha constitution.
VATA - (Space and air element). Features are thin, talkative, restless, lower body weight, dry skin, brittle nails, fine hair, and slightly small sunken eyes.
