Avipattikara churna is used to help pitta dosa. It helps with problems like acidity, indigestion, constipation, and peptic ulcers. It acts as a solid carminative, anti-oxidant, and anti-inflammatory and has laxative properties.

- Sunthi (Zingiber offinale)
- Marich (Piper nigrum)
- Pippali (Piper longum)
- Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
- Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica)
- Amalaki (Emblica officinalis)
- Nagarmotha (Cyperus rotundus)
- Vid lavana (Salt)
- Vidang (Emblica ribes)
- Ela (Elettaria cardamomum)
- Tejpatra (CinnamomumTamala)
- Lavanga (Syzgium aromaticum)
- Nishotha (OperculinaTurpethum)
- Sita (Saccharum officinarum)
DOSAGE
1 tsp with water after meals
- Not advisable for pregnant, lactating women and children below 12 years.
CAUTION
- It is no generally advisable for diabetics because of the addition of sugar to the concoction.
- It should be used cautiously by people who are already taking medical treatment for digestive issues.
